Personal Chef Service


How does a personal chef service work? After you contact PLAYING WITH KNIVES AND FIRE, Chef Bill will discuss the food likes and dislikes of everyone in your home including any allergies.  All the meals prepared will be exactly the way you want to eat. Chef Bill will plan a customized menu for you and will set your first cook date.  It is not necessary for you to be home when Chef Bill is cooking.

When your cook date arrives, Chef Bill will shop for the freshest and highest quality ingredients available.  Next he will arrive at your home, carrying groceries and any necessary tools.  Depending on your menu, cooking and clean up will take between 4 and 6 hours. Chef Bill will package and label all meals and place them in the refrigerator or freezer.  A menu listing all items and heating instructions will be left and your kitchen will be clean.

Weekly or bi-weekly service is recommended. However, less frequent options are available based on your needs.
