Playing with Knives & Fire In-home Cooking Parties

Better than dinner and a movie! Cooking parties are entertaining, and a great way to bring family and friends together for a culinary celebration in the comfort of your own home. This would be a unique way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, or even as a corporate team building exercise! Chef Bill will do all the shopping, but please provide your own beverages. Each guest receives a packet which includes recipes for each of the items that Chef Bill prepares, as well as additional culinary information.

A totally hands-on class; each guest will help prepare several dishes, and have fun in the process! Chef Bill will arrive early and setup stations for everyone to prep and cook from. Everyone will receive a generous sampling of each of the dishes that we create together.

Demonstrational

This entertaining evening will be enjoyable for all! Watch Chef Bill’s step by step preparation of your meal, and share stories about food & cooking. Feel free to ask questions or commit any time during this fun demonstration. This is a great opportunity to learn tricks of the restaurant trade and gain knowledge on classic culinary techniques. When Chef Bill is done, everyone will enjoy a generous sampling of each of the dishes.
