Playing With Knives & Fire is a company that is dedicated to feeding hungry people. We are fully insured and ready to meet all of your culinary needs. We were founded in 2007 by Chef Bill Bailey and his wife Jennifer Bailey.


Bill has a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Hospitality Management. He has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years. Bill has worked as the head chef and as the corporate chef for several well known companies. Chef Bill has been featured in Northeastern Ohio Magazine, the Akron Beacon Journal, and Cheers Beverage Magazine. He is serve safe certified and has taught classes on safety and sanitation.

Jennifer Bailey has a Bachelors of Science, and a Masters of Business Administration in marketing. She has cooked, catered, and served at some of the finest establishments in the Akron area. Playing With Knives and Fire would be honored to cook for you, your family, and friends.
